Registration Application
This Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, who reside in Caddo Parish,
ages six (6) through age nineteen (19) years of age at the time of entry.
Minors must have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter.
***EACH APPLICATION MUST ALSO ATTACH A PICTURE OF THE CONTESTANT THAT CAN BE
USED FOR IDENTIFICATION AND MARKETING PURPOSES. Applicant grants Sponsor permission to use applicant’s likeness in a photograph,
video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. All photos and video submissions will become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Applicant irrevocably authorizes Sponsor to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos and video submissions for any lawful purpose. In addition, applicant waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein applicant’s likeness appears. Applicant also waives any right to royalties or other compensation, other than those given in accordance with contest rules, arising or related to the use of the photo or video submission.******
