CADDO'S RISING STAR

Have you ever noticed that there are 11 stars in the Caddo Parish logo? Do you know what they mean? Well, each star represents a Caddo Parish municipality. Your talent can make you Caddo's 12th Star by winning the Parish-wide competition!

Contestants ages six (6) to nineteen (19) will showcase their talents on a stage in front of all of Caddo Parish!

Students from all municipalities of Caddo Parish will showcase their talents in video submissions and live auditions for a chance to perform at the Grand Finale at the Shreveport Convention Center in Downtown Shreveport.

The Caddo's Rising Star Grand Finale will be Sunday, June 7, 2026. The top 12 contestants will perform for the chance to win First Place. The First Place Prize consists of the following:

CASH PRIZE of $5,000
Caddo's Rising Star trophy
up to 5 hours studio recording time with Millennia Digital Sound & Lighting
KTBS television interview
Cumulus Media radio interview
Special Performances at the following:
2026 Let the Good Times Roll Festival (June)
2026 KTBS July 4th Freedom Fest (July)
2026 Highland Jazz Fest & Blues Festival (September)
2026 Red River Revel Arts Festival (October)
2026 State Fair of Louisiana (October/November)
